DVConnect exists to help Queenslanders escape domestic, family and sexual violence by providing crisis helplines, as well as emergency transport and accommodation away from violence. DVConnect is a not-for-profit organisation that has provided state-wide specialist domestic, family and sexual violence crisis counselling, intervention, information, safety planning and pathways to safety for almost 20 years.

CASA is unique in Mackay in that it combines housing provision with housing support services in the one organisation.
CASA's vision is to have functioning households, stable families and individuals in sustainable and affordable housing. CASA assists in supporting disadvantaged people in the Mackay community.
DVConnect Mensline is a free, confidential telephone counselling, referral, information and support, service for Queenslanders identifying as male, and who may be experiencing or using domestic and family violence. This service is available 9am until midnight, 7 days a week.
